When I first met your sales staff I was considering another company that was well known for their Crestron automation abilities. I wanted a company that could take my existing Crestron and audio/video equipment from my Mt. Paran and my Vinings homes … add more components & automation … and make it all function in my new Lake Oconee and Buckhead homes. I have been in the real estate field for many years which gives me a special insight to recognizing “fly by night” audio/video companies. Your sales staff, technicians, office staff, and you from the very beginning to the final details were not only knowledgeable but efficient and courteous. Your personal touch on mid-project changes that I created was excellent. I work with businesses all over the Atlanta area. It takes a lot to impress me and more to motivate me to write a letter of recommendation. But your team was excellent. I would recommend you to anyone that wants a reasonable price and great service.

I love my audio/video systems and automation at my Oconee lake house and my Buckhead residence! My friends and neighbors have visited both homes. They’re so jealous! I will always trust my home entertainment needs to Entertainment Technology and will recommend them to anyone I know.

I was very impressed with one of your installers. He was fast and efficient. He made some suggestions on some additional equipment that he felt I needed, but was not pushy about it. He was also prompt with his arrival time. Tim went above and beyond his job duty. Without him, the people with Comcast communications could not have finished their part in the connection of my television, phone and computer. He should be recognized for going beyond customer expectations. Thank you, Tim.

Your audio/video knowledge and your approach to customer satisfaction are greatly appreciated. Customer service and your attention to detail are by far superior to any audio/video company in the Greater Atlanta Area!
