Tyler Evans

Tyler Evans Bio: Tyler is a lead technician at Entertainment Technology, Inc. He has been working here for almost 3 years. He enjoys working here because “all the employees are very nice and they all have a passion for excellence”! He also states “the owners are very good people … I have had the opportunity to know them for many years”. He started with ETI pre-wiring homes and that experience led him into leading a crew of technicians. He then went on and learned how to program Universal Remotes, Control4, and Crestron.

Prior to working at ETI he was a store manager at Chick-Fil-A for 8 years. He started working for them when he was 15 and worked his way up to manager while making sure he gave the best customer service possible. Tyler’s philosophy is: “if you don’t work hard then you won’t accomplish much”!

When Tyler was 5 years old his mother gave him a television, VCR, and Nintendo for his bedroom. He was so excited that he immediately hooked everything up and “zip-tied” the wires together to make a “clean looking” job. As he grew up his family called him the “hook-up guru” because he wired and connected every electronic gadget in the house. This passion has definitely spilled over into his work ethic and performance here at ETI.

Tyler is now married to a beautiful woman, Jessica. They have a gorgeous 18 month old daughter whose name is Trinity-Rose Julian Evans. Tyler’s hobby is a salt water aquarium and his favorite movie is “Con Air”.
