Bluepointe (Buckhead Life Restaurant Group)
Entertainment Technology was asked to provide audio for ICON 07 at Bluepointe by MogulPR and Bluepointe because of close past relationships with the management of both companies. The main sponsors of ICON 07 at Bluepointe (Buckhead Life Restaurant Group) were Entertainment Technology, Level Vodka, Red Bull Energy Drink, and Huff Furniture & Design.
Bluepointe is a contemporary restaurant of dramatic proportions. The menu is an exciting blend of modern American cuisine with a splash of Asian flavor. Esquire says: “One of the best new restaurants in the country.” Bluepointe is located at the corner of Peachtree St. and Lenox Rd. in Buckhead. This is definitely a restaurant geared for the young “Jet Set” and upwardly mobile. The design of the 10,000-square-foot Bluepointe is modernly spectacular. A circular entrance from the valet area features two sets of dramatic automatic doors of stainless steel and glass and guests are welcomed by colorful, stylish décor. Most notable of the interior are the flowing curves throughout the wide open 26’ high dining space. The two-story glass windows facing Peachtree Road allow the energy of the famous avenue to pour inside. Furnishings and artwork of light wood, stainless steel and intense colors contrast effectively with an eye-catching, dark wooden ceiling. Plus, black and mosaic granite floors dripped with alluring blue colors provide a unique ocean-floor impression. Handmade Venetian plastered walls add an eccentric “old world” pizzazz.
The management and staff at Bluepointe set up the restaurant/bar (after closing its doors to normal patrons) to have a full blown invitation only party that “rocked the house”. The DJ, live band, and audio system calibrated by Entertainment Technology made this an event to be seen and experienced! Pictures below only scratch the surface on the amount of fun had that night!
